Introduction to Filitheyo Island Resort
Filitheyo is the only resort island in the remote North Nilandhoo Atoll. It is a beautiful and stylish resort that offers a very high standard of accommodation in attractive and well spaced rooms. Filitheyo is a medium sized island, just 900m by 500m, with a densely vegetated interior of palm trees, rubber trees, mangroves and Scaebola trees.

The beaches are broad and beautiful and the island is quiet and unspoiled. On the fine, white-sanded ocean side of the island, turtles come in to lay their eggs and lucky guests may be able to watch them hatch on a moonlit night. Filitheyo has a superb house reef, easily accessed via seven clearly marked entry points and is a big favourite among underwater photographers.
