Do I need a Visa for entry to the Maldives?

You will be given your entry visa*, which will be valid for 30 days, on arrival to the Maldives. If you need to extend your visa, you need to make an application to the government and we can help you do this.

* Conditions of entry: you must posses a valid passport , have a valid ticket to continue the journey out of Maldives, have enough funds to cover the expenses for the duration of your stay in Maldives or have a confirmation of reservation for a resort or liveaboard.

What about my flights ?

If you are travelling through or from the UK we can arrange your flights - usually with award winning Emirates, but we will also check other operators to find you a competitive fare from your chosen UK departure point.

We can offer a flexible schedule of departures from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

If you arrange your own flights, you need to arrive in Male the day of the sailing departure. You will be able to join the boat in the morning or afternoon. Your departing flights needs to leave on the last day of the sailing date in the morning or afternoon. If you cannot arrange flights to tie up with the sailing dates, we can arrange hotel or resort accommodation and transfers for you until the start of the trip.

What happens on arrival at Male International Airport ?

On arrival in the Maldives you will be met outside the arrival terminal by a representative from our handling agents in the Maldives who are called VOYAGES MALDIVES. Our representatives will help you find your connecting transfer. If you need any assistance during your holiday, the representatives are there to help you.
